Because of the major earthquake that happened on Sep.21, 1999, many school buildings were destroyed and there were lots of damage. Then, Executive Yuan set September 21 as a "national disaster prevention day", and planned the same day to teach all school teachers and students to keep everyone safe, go quickly dowstairs to the playground, and prevent from being hurt.
